Wingstop Cajun Corn Recipe

This Wingstop Cajun Corn Recipe turns simple corn on the cob into a buttery, smoky, and spicy side with a bold Cajun kick. I like cutting the corn into small cobettes so every piece gets nicely coated with seasoning, and those lightly browned edges are always the first to disappear at my table.

Notes

The first time I made this at home, I went a little heavy with the Cajun seasoning and nearly overdid the heat. Now I season the corn in layers—it gives me much better control while still getting that bold, savory coating.
